1. Alibaba Membership Refunds

  • Once an Alibaba membership is activated, it is generally non-refundable because it is a service provided by Alibaba and we act as a channel partner.

  • If your membership activation is delayed beyond 21 business days without valid reason, please contact our support team for a review and possible refund.

  • Refund requests related to payment errors or duplicate payments will be addressed promptly upon verification.

2. Custom Software, Website, and App Development Services

  • For custom projects, refunds are subject to the project scope and stage of development.

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the project has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on completed work and hours spent.

  • We do not provide refunds for work already delivered or completed milestones.

3. Digital Marketing, Design, and Other Services

  • Refunds for monthly or package-based services are only available if requested within 7 days of service commencement.

  • After this period, no refunds will be issued for unused services.

  • We commit to delivering services as promised and will work with you to resolve any issues.

4. Payment Disputes

  • If you encounter any unauthorized or fraudulent charges, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work with the payment gateway to resolve the issue.
